What to expect
From day one you're doing the work, not watching it.
What tools and processes will I work with?
You work with the real tools and workflows the job runs on, doing the work, not watching it: Jira Service Management, Confluence, Slack, SQL, and Postman.
How often will I meet with a team lead?
A mandatory weekly video sync with your team lead to review your work, unblock you, and keep you moving.
Will you help optimize my résumé?
Sharpen your résumé around the real, verifiable work you shipped.
Will you help optimize my LinkedIn profile?
Make your profile reflect the experience you actually built.
Do I get interview prep?
Get ready to talk through your work with confidence.
Which certification should I pursue?
Direction on which certification to pursue next, completed as your Capstone, ITIL 4 Foundation as the core path, with an Atlassian / Jira Service Management certification as the advanced option.
Real experience, not just videos
Zeloric is hands-on. You do real, verifiable work with real industry tools and a team lead beside you, experience you can show, not just lessons you watched.
Everything we get asked
Applying is free. The Residency is $299 a month for three months, and billing stops automatically at the end.
Ask us something elseIs the work real if the company is simulated?
The company is simulated. The work is not. You'll triage genuine faults in a functioning SaaS product, work them through a real Jira Service Management desk with real SLA clocks, write real Confluence articles, and communicate with AI customers whose mood depends on how well you handle them. The result is a body of work that exists, is timestamped, and can be independently verified, which is more than most real internships leave behind.
What exactly do employers see?
A public certificate verification page, and, with your consent, your profile: tickets resolved, SLA record, Simulated CSAT, your six-dimension skill scores, articles you authored, and full ticket transcripts they can read like a replay. You control what's public and can withdraw consent anytime.
How is my work graded?
An AI grader reviews every closed ticket thread against six dimensions: tone and empathy, diagnostic quality, communication, SLA discipline, resolution correctness, and documentation. Senior mentors spot-check gradings, and the resolution itself is validated server-side, so a ticket only counts as fixed when the underlying fault is actually cleared. You see your scores weekly and exactly what stands between you and certification.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You graduate with a verified certificate, a reference letter, your permanent public work record, and 6 months of included Community membership: the job board, interview prep, and the network. Employers browsing our talent directory can request an intro, which only happens if you accept it.
Won't AI replace support engineers?
It's already replacing the routine tier, and we won't pretend otherwise. Two thirds of support organizations now run AI agents, and the simple password-reset job is disappearing. What's growing is the tier above it: engineers who direct AI research, verify AI output, handle the complex and human cases, and build the triage tooling. That is exactly the role this program trains, with AI use taught, required, and graded from week one. You leave with AI tools you built published on your verifiable record.
When do I hear back?
Every stage of the process resolves within 5 business days. Applications for the Fall 2026 founding cohort are reviewed as they arrive and seats are limited, so applying earlier gives you the better chance. The cohort runs for 12 weeks in Fall 2026, fully remote.
Who is eligible to apply?
Open to undergraduate and graduate students at any accredited university worldwide, and recent graduates within 12 months of graduation. We don't require a specific GPA, we care about curiosity, projects, and drive.
How much does the Residency cost?
The founding-cohort Residency is $299/month for 3 months (about $897 total). That covers the full 12-week simulated work experience, a dedicated senior mentor, a verified completion certificate and reference letter, and Community membership, free during the program and for 6 months after.
Is the residency remote or in-person?
The residency is 100% remote. There are no physical offices or hub requirements, you work from wherever you are. All Residents operate on a structured async schedule with mandatory weekly video sync sessions with their team leads.
When should I apply?
Applications for Fall 2026 are reviewed as they arrive, and the founding cohort has a limited number of seats, so applying earlier gives you the better chance. Decisions are sent within 5 business days.
What do I get at the end?
You finish with a verified completion certificate, a formal reference letter from a senior Zeloric team member, a documented record of the incidents you handled that you can show employers, and Community membership for ongoing career services, the job board, and networking.
Can I apply to multiple tracks?
Only the Application / Technical Support track is open right now. You can register interest in upcoming tracks during your interview, and our admissions team considers your skills and portfolio to place you where you'll have the most impact.
Do I need prior work experience?
No formal work experience is required. We evaluate applicants on their personal projects, academic work, GitHub contributions, and problem-solving approach. Strong motivation and a demonstrated interest in your chosen track carry significant weight.
What device do I need?
You'll need a personal laptop or desktop running Windows 10/11 or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM. A stable broadband connection is also required for weekly video syncs and real-time collaboration. Zeloric does not provide equipment at this time.
