What our interns say
Zeloric gave me real, hands-on support engineering experience from day one. I was triaging live tickets, writing runbooks, and collaborating with engineers within the first week. By the end I had a portfolio of documented incidents I could actually show employers.
The support engineering track was nothing like I expected — it was deeply technical. I learned SQL log analysis, API debugging with Postman, and incident response workflows used by real enterprise teams. My mentor pushed me every step of the way.
I had zero industry experience before Zeloric. The programme paired me with a brilliant senior engineer, gave me ownership over real tickets, and helped me write documentation that's still live on the platform. The reference letter opened every door after graduation.
