For employers
Zeloric in one page
What the record is, what it costs, and what is true today. Everything here is read from our database at build time, so it is current or the build fails.

What this is
What we do
Zeloric runs the Desk: a monthly support-engineering practice on a simulated company. Members work 12 real tickets a month against real SLA clocks, across 3 support levels.
Every ticket is scored dimension by dimension, and any grade the member disputes is reviewed by a person.
What a Resident leaves with is a record: one page, every ticket they worked, the grade on each, and the write-up that produced it. Anyone can open it and check it.
The evidence
What you can check
Each ticket is scored on the dimensions in our published rubric, currently 11.
A dimension with no evidence either way is not scored rather than scored zero, so a record never carries a mark for a question nobody asked.
Every score links to the write-up behind it, and the full transcript is on the record. You are reading the work, not a summary of it.
No rounding up
Where this stands today
No Resident has finished the programme, so no record has published yet. You can open the demonstration record and see exactly what one carries.
23 tickets have been worked and graded on the platform so far.
There is no employer checkout. Everything below is agreed in writing, which is also why none of it can be bought by accident.

What an employer can buy
Working Interview
Free during the employer pilot
Your own ticket, worked by a candidate you are considering, scored the same way ours are. The candidate chooses whether the result joins their public record.
Record access
Free during the employer pilot
Search and open the records of Residents who have published one, from the day it opens. Nobody has published yet, so this is a waitlist rather than a product you can use today.
Founding design partner
Free during the employer pilot
You shape what the record carries before it is fixed, and your tickets go into the catalogue Residents work. Limited, and it closes when the format settles.
Plainly
What this is not
It is not employment and it is not a reference. The company, the customers and the tickets are simulated; the work on them is real, and the record says so on its own face.
There is no pass mark to buy and nothing to hang on a wall. What exists is a page of work with grades on it, and every grade opens the work behind it.
We publish no hiring figures of any kind. Nobody has finished yet, so any number would have no denominator, and when there is one we will publish it beside the count or not at all.
