If you do not work a ticket, we do not charge you.
You do not have to pause anything, and you do not have to remember to cancel. Life gets busy. We are not going to bill you for the weeks you were not here. And Practice charges you for 24 months at most, ever, which is $936 and then it stops on its own.
The same work, four times a month
Four tickets a month
Real tickets from the same catalogue Residents work, against the same SLA clocks, scored on the same six dimensions. Nothing here is a lighter version of the work.
A replay of every one
What you did, what you missed, and what the better path would have been. The replay is the part that changes how you work the next ticket.
The ones AI could not solve
You get the tickets an AI could not close. That is the part of the job that will still be there in five years, and it is the part worth practising.
Your record, still yours
Everything you work adds to the same public record page. It stays up whether or not you keep paying us.
What Practice is not
- No calls, no group, and no mentor. Those are the Residency.
- No human sign-off on your grades. A person reviewing every score before it publishes is what the Residency adds.
- No assessment letter, and no eight-week track.
