Refund Policy
Applies to: the Zeloric Residency. Read alongside our Terms of Service. Community memberships will be covered here if Community is ever sold separately.
Being updated. This policy is being rewritten to cover The Desk and the Desk Pro, which are refunded the same way. The Residency sections below apply only to Residents who joined before 6 October 2026.
The onboarding guarantee
To claim it, email residents@zeloric.io - a person reads it. No forms, no interrogation.
After the guarantee window
Instalments already paid are not refunded. Cancel your future instalments any time from your Workspace billing page, in one click. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for, then ends. The record of the work you completed stays yours.
Leaving the programme
You can leave at any time. Future instalments stop, access winds down on your paid-through date, and you keep the evidence of the work you genuinely completed. Certification requires completing the programme, so it does not apply if you leave early.
Community membership
Community is included free during your Residency and for six months after you certify. It never converts to a paid subscription - we do not sell one, so no charge follows and there is nothing you need to cancel.
