What can be counted today
Each figure here is read from the database at build time and checked against it before this page can ship. A figure that would still read as nothing is withheld rather than shown as a zero, and appears on its own once there is something to point at.
How this page will be counted, so you can judge it when there is something to judge. Counts and denominators, never rates. Nobody appears without consent, and being counted and being named are separate permissions.

There is nothing solid to report yet, and we will not put a number here until we can publish it properly. That means all of the following - and we do not have all of it written down yet:
The denominator.
Not just how many got a job - but how many people we worked with in total, over a stated window. A numerator on its own is a marketing claim.
A written definition of what counts.
Decided before we counted, not after we saw the numbers.
Consent from every person named.
Being counted and being named are separate permissions, and we treat them separately.

Anyone we worked with who is still looking appears here too, with what we think we got wrong.

Every figure on this page will be generated from our database by a single function, never typed in by a person. It will always carry the window it covers, the number of people it covers, and how many are still looking.
Employers will be named in plain text, never with their logo - a logo implies a partnership and we do not have one.
When we change what is on this page, the previous version is kept. If we ever quote a figure to you that is not on this page, it is not substantiated and you should not believe it.
