Which of these four are you?
3 questions about where you are now, not what kind of person you are. It ends on the one page that is actually about you.
- 3 questions, one at a time
- About twenty seconds
- Ends on a page, not a sales call
- Nothing is graded and nothing is scored
- Nothing leaves your browser, and nothing is stored
Question 1 of 3
Where are you right now?
Three questions, no score, nothing sent.
The four
Or just read the one that sounds like you
The same four this is built for. Every one of them ends in the same thing: tickets graded on one rubric, and a record anyone can check.
Students and new graduates
Show you can troubleshoot, not just explain how it works. Nothing to pay and nothing to promise. It is graded on the same rubric as every paid ticket, and the write-up is yours to send to anyone.
Helpdesk agents
You close tier 1 all day. Nothing you can show says you could do tier 2. Tier 2 work, graded the same way, on a record that says you did it. That is the one thing a tier 1 queue cannot give you however long you stay on it.
Career changers
The first chance nobody will give you, you can give yourself. Before anything else, the shape of it: what you do, what you are graded on, and what you leave with. No degree required and no application to pass.
Support engineers
Everything you have proved so far belongs to your employer. This is yours, under Projects. What a graded record says about somebody, and who it belongs to afterwards. Everything you have proved so far stayed with your employer.
