What a record shows
Enough to argue with
A certificate says somebody attended. A record says how well they did, on what, and who checked.
Every dimension scored on its own
Tone, diagnosis, clarity, SLA discipline, resolution, documentation, judgement on an AI answer and more, each scored separately out of 100. An average hides which half someone is good at.
Who signed it off
The record shows who approved the scores and when.
When it was issued
Records are dated. A skill from three years ago and a skill from last month are different claims, and the page says which this is.
Whether it still stands
Revoked and withdrawn are shown as themselves, never as "not found". A record we pulled is not a record that never existed.
What you will see
Paste a code and the record comes back live.
No account, and we do not ask who you are.
Checked live
Read from the record itself, not a PDF somebody emailed you.
No account needed
No login, no email gate, no cost.
Who signed it
A record carries the name of whoever approved the scores, and when.

ZEL-DEMO-2026That code returns a demonstration record: four tickets resolved, scored on six dimensions, 78 overall, signed off by Zeloric. A real Resident’s record carries the same fields and their own figures.
Proof, not promises
This is the page an employer opens.
What a finished record looks like: every ticket, the score on each one, and the write-up that explains it. This one is an illustration, not a real record.

The climb, week by week
Overall score, week by week. An average would not show whether somebody was getting better.
Sample record - AI-scored on the rubric. Every score opens to the write-up behind it.
List it under Projects - it reads strongest there, and it keeps your record honest: this is verified work, not employment. See why on How it works.
What it shows
Sample record - it shows the fields a record carries. Scored by AI dimension by dimension, read by a person before it publishes; every score links to the write-up behind it.
With the Resident’s consent
An employer can open the full conversation behind any score, plus the tool the Resident built in their final week.
What this is not
It is not employment, and it is not a reference. The tickets are simulated, the company on them is a simulation, and the record says so on its own face.
What it is: what months of scored work looks like - graded the same way every time, and any grade can be disputed.
