Audition

An interview asks somebody to describe how they would handle a hard ticket. A Working Interview hands them one.

They work it in the same graded environment the Desk Pro runs on, with a customer who answers back and a clock that does not stop. You get what they sent, what it scored, and the reasoning behind the score.

There is nobody to hire here yet. No Resident has finished the programme, so there are no profiles to read and no interviews to run. A Resident appears here only after they publish their record, which is theirs to publish and theirs to withdraw. You can still check what a record looks like, and you can ask for first access: founding design partners hear from us first.

What you get

What a Working Interview is

You tell us the kind of problem your customers actually bring you. Candidates work that problem, and you read what they did.

Your case types, not ours

You describe the tickets your team gets on a normal week. The work candidates are set is built to match, so you are watching them handle your problem rather than a generic one.

Side by side, on one scale

Every candidate works the same tickets and is scored on the same dimensions by the same graders. You compare the work itself instead of comparing how people describe themselves.
You watch candidates resolve tickets in your own case types, graded side by side, before you interview.
