Browse

Browse is how you find somebody. Each Resident who finishes has a profile: the tickets they worked, the score on each one dimension by dimension, and the write-up they filed when they closed it.

It is the opposite of a CV in one specific way. Nothing on it is a claim about the work. It is the work.

There is nobody to hire here yet. No Resident has finished the programme, so there are no profiles to read and no interviews to run. A Resident appears here only after they publish their record, which is theirs to publish and theirs to withdraw. You can still check what a record looks like, and you can ask for first access: founding design partners hear from us first.

What you get

What you can read on a profile

A profile is the list of tickets somebody worked, the score on each one, and a link to the ticket itself.

Every number opens

Each score on a profile links to the ticket behind it. You read what the customer asked, what the Resident sent back, and why the grader marked it the way they did.

No account, no gate

You do not sign in to read a record and we do not ask who is looking. Send the link to a colleague and it opens for them too.
Every stat on a profile is backed by a record you can open. Nothing here is a self-reported number.
