Hire direct

There is no matching step here and no shortlist we hand you. You have read the work, you know who you want to talk to, and you go and talk to them.

What you are hiring is somebody whose work is already on the record, graded ticket by ticket, and open for you to re-read after they start.

There is nobody to hire here yet. No Resident has finished the programme, so there are no profiles to read and no interviews to run. A Resident appears here only after they publish their record, which is theirs to publish and theirs to withdraw. You can still check what a record looks like, and you can ask for first access: founding design partners hear from us first.

What you get

What happens when you want to hire somebody

You talk to them and you make an offer. Zeloric does not stand between you and the person you are hiring.

You have already seen the work

By the time you sit down with somebody you have read weeks of their tickets. The conversation is about whether they fit your team, not about finding out whether they can do the job.

The record stays theirs

It belongs to the Resident, not to us and not to you. It stays readable after they are hired, and they take it with them wherever they go next.
Counts and the reasoning behind them, always. Satisfaction scores never, because we cannot verify one.

You get to read it.
