Fully Graded
Fully Graded is the completeness badge. It appears when every ticket on a record has been scored on every dimension and each of those scores has been approved by a person.
1. No gaps and no pending rows
Every ticket, every dimension. A record with one ticket still waiting on review does not carry this badge, and the gap is visible rather than quietly filled.
2. Graded is not the same as generated
Scores start with the machine and none of them publish on that alone. A person read the work and approved the score, and this badge is the claim that it happened every time.
3. It is the badge that makes the others readable
A count or a streak means something only if the grading underneath it is complete. This is the one that says there is nothing missing to find.
The scale is whatever the rubric currently holds, and the badge means every dimension in it, not a fixed number of them.
