Ninety Club

A single dimension carried to ninety across the graded work. It names what somebody is genuinely strong at, rather than averaging it away.

Ninety Club is a skill badge. It appears when one dimension reaches ninety across the graded work, and the record always says which dimension earned it.

1. One dimension, named

This is not an overall score. It is a claim about a specific strength, and a record carrying it for documentation is making a different claim from one carrying it for diagnosis.

2. An average would have hidden it

Scoring every dimension separately is the reason this badge can exist. A single blended number tells a hiring manager nothing about which half of the job somebody is good at.

3. Read it with the rest of the record

A strong dimension is worth knowing and it is not the whole picture. The other dimensions are on the same record, at whatever they came out at, and none of them are hidden.

Every score behind the badge was read and approved by a person before it could publish.

Badges come off the record itself. Nobody hands them out, and every one links to the work behind it.
