Programme Complete

The full programme finished, with the work to show for it. This is the one that closes the residency.

Programme Complete is the badge that closes the residency. It appears when the programme has ended and every ticket worked in it has been graded and reviewed.

1. Finishing is not the same as attending

Plenty of programmes mark the end with a document saying somebody was present. This badge says the programme was worked and graded, and everything it summarises stays open underneath it.

2. The grading has to be finished too

The programme ending is not enough on its own. The badge waits until the last ticket has been scored and signed off, so it never appears over an unfinished record.

3. The record stays live afterwards

It does not become a PDF at the end. The page keeps working, the codes keep resolving, and an employer reading it in a year opens the same thing.

It sits alongside the assessment letter, which says in words what the scores say in numbers.

Every badge on the record

Badges come off the record itself. Nobody hands them out, and every one links to the work behind it.
